Meet the Doctor

Dr. Mindy Hendrick graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. She has trained under world-class chiropractors in both California and Washington. She is a Colorado native and settled back in the state after starting her family. She opened the Clarity Chiropractic Atlas Orthogonal practice in 2019. In addition to Upper Cervical Chiropractic, Dr. Hendrick is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association since 2011 and is Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics since 2017.

My journey into chiropractic did not start with pain like most people. I started chiropractic care because I was suffering from autoimmune conditions and I had already tried everything else. Chiropractic changed my life!

I have been dealing with autoimmune conditions my entire life. I was seen by many specialists looking for answers but was dissatisfied with the medical solutions. Eventually, I saw a homeopathic doctor where I was thoroughly listened to for the first time. This experience led me on my quest to become a holistic doctor. 

I started college as pre-med with the intent to go to medical school. However, the emphasis on prescription drugs and big pharma made me question my decision. While in college I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, a certification I keep current, and take occasional shifts to help serve our community. Working in the nursing home in college, I saw many people dealing with conditions they could have avoided by changing their lifestyles. This opened my eyes to the importance of preventative care.

I experienced another autoimmune disease during undergrad and by chance went to a chiropractor who led to the diagnosis and further treatment. I started regular chiropractic care at this point and within a short time, my asthma was completely gone. I had never experienced lasting results like this, and without the use of prescriptions. Soon after college I worked in a chiropractic office and knew from the bottom of my heart that I was meant to be a chiropractor.
